Why Different Tracks
We are different from other travel companies. We understand individuality and work hard to make sure that your holiday is tailored to suit you. We offer a truly personal one to one service. All our clients travel at their own pace, and local travel arrangements are made using private guides and drivers wherever possible. We ensure that clients receive the best possible first-hand knowledge and advice on which country, island, resort or villa to choose. Service is personal, flexible and friendly.

We can organise everything from your flights and hotels, to restaurant bookings, private transfers and personal sightseeing tours. If you want to travel off-the-beaten track and still stay in luxurious accommodation, with excellent service and fine cuisine, just tell us and we'll work with you to create the experience.

For international flights we use the services of large reputable airlines. For internal flights we often use smaller airlines that have established a good reputation or private charters. In addition we can also provide you with your very own Private Jet should you wish to avoid the queues at the Airport! We will provide prices for travelling in economy, business and first class. If you prefer to fly from your local airport, we can arrange this too, either as a connecting flight to London Heathrow or via an overseas airport.
The advantages of using an experienced tour operator are:
  • Guarantee of financial security through our ATOL bonding with the CAA. These bonds protect clients should either we, or our suppliers, cease trading.
  • Owner run and managed and friendly advice from knowledgeable experienced experts
  • Trouble free arrangements including individual itinerary planning, providing the most effective routings and avoiding unnecessary (and costly) stopovers.
  • A full emergency back up service in case you have any difficulties whilst you are away, from both Different Tracks and our local representatives on the ground

Our Accommodation
Accommodation is a large part of your holiday experience.
We know that today's travellers want to feel relaxed and comfortable and "at home", whilst enjoying their holiday. To this end Different Tracks have sought out smaller, more un-usual places to stay - but NOT compromising on quality and service. Our secluded beachfront and safari lodges, rainforest camps or historic manor and plantation houses all share character and will often be run by their owners. Many feature today's absolute musts, such as Wireless LAN's (if you are not in the middle of no-where), honesty bars and don't insist on formal attire at dinner! There is nothing better than meeting the enthusiastic, friendly locals who can recommend the best restaurants and share their intimate local knowledge.

We also have a hand-picked selection of larger, award winning, resort-type accommodation should that be your wish. All are committed to quality and personal service and situated in stunning locations. These resorts, although larger, still aspire to maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Different Tracks and our specialist partners regularly re-visit accommodation. We want to ensure that standards are being maintained and to see a region in the way you will, when you arrive. We believe that this approach allows us to create a unique itinerary for you.
Our Booking Process
Is simple
...A) Discuss your ideas with us. We are able to offer guidance and assistance right down to the very finest of details. Whether you seek the perfect dining venue or wish to pre-book theatre tickets for a special occasion - we'll take care of everything for you.
B) We will provide you with an individual itinerary based on our discussions.
C) Once you have agreed the itinerary we will be delighted to provide you with a detailed quotation.
D) Now you're all set we will ask you to fill out our Booking Form and return it to us with a 25% deposit.
E) Final payment is due 10 weeks prior to your departure

Pricing - it is possible to book a holiday for under £2,000 per person, but as our destinations are mostly long-haul and our resorts and lodges quite exclusive the average spend per person is between £2,500 - £5,000. Of course if you require more exclusivity, private air transfers, private villa accommodation and more, then the cost per person can soar to over 25,000 per person!

But because we are able to negotiate good rates with our suppliers, you do not pay any more than if you booked the trip yourself.
